I moved to Mazatlan in August 1993 to earn my University Degree in the Tourism Administration Business. Upon graduating I planned on traveling all over Mexico to Beach destinations and then overseas however, I recognized how beautiful and peaceful one really could live in paradise so I made the decision to stay right here and continued to enjoy my life. Mazatlan offers a very high quality lifestyle with a very low cost of living with the most beautiful beaches and sunsets. Whatever you look for, you can find it within minutes.

My wife, Gabriela and my 5 year old son Victor are part of those who are fortunate to live in Mazatlan. We all would like to invite anybody who'd like to enjoy real life in sunny and breezy Mazatlan. We have it all: charming people, history, culture, huge variety of food (from seafood to local dishes), carnival fiestas, etc. Mazaltan is the ONLY touristic city in Mexico that has a historical downtown city.
