My name is Susana Pliego and I was born in Toluca, Mexico.  When I was 19 I moved to Cabo San Lucas in Baja and I lived there up until just recently.  My husband is from Mazatlan and he wanted us to come back to Mazatlan to be closer to his family and for us to live here in his beautiful city.  This is the first time I have worked in Real Estate but sales are definitely not new to me.  While in Cabo San Lucas I worked as a liner for the Villa Group selling time share in Villa del Palmar and I was also a personal assistant to an architect that built custom designed houses in the  One & Only Palmilla Development. I am an English teacher as well and that is what I was doing before moving to Mazatlan, teaching small groups and tutoring.

I have traveled up and down the Pacific Coast, from Oaxaca and Guerrero, south of Mexico to Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, Tijuana and then in the United States to San Diego and Los Angeles and all the way up to Vancouver, Vancouver Island and Prince George in the Canadian Coast of British Columbia and in my personal opinion there is nowhere better to live than in a sunny place with beautiful beaches and tradition, arts, great restaurants and many places where you can go out and have fun with friends and family …  here in Mazatlan you can find all of that!

I have a three year old son who is keeping me very busy but as he soon will be starting school we decided that it was time for me to get back to work, at least part time and what a better place to do it than by helping people find a new home and becoming part of this city just like I am doing here in Mazatlan!
