I am a 53 years young man with a lovely family and have been in the Real Estate Business for over 30 years. In all my years living in Mazatlan I have never witnessed so many Developers, Investors and other types of businesses wanting to and doing business. We now recognize Mazatlan as "Boom Town Mexico". It has become apparent that Americans, Canadians and others have and continue to choose Mazatlan as their home and or home away from home and we definitely understand why. Mazatlan is only a 2 hour flight from the USA and 4 hours from Canada. Mazatlan has great people, family environment, fabulous culture and is a safe City.
