They say that home is where your heart is and after falling in love with Mazatlan and the wonderful people in 1999 I knew that this City is where I was destined to be.

Even when I was a youngster my parents would take me out and about viewing Open Houses and I knew then that I would always be in this industry in one way or another. At age 19 I became a licensed Realtor in Washington State. Then I started opening Floor Covering and Design Centers in 1979 and our company was fortunate enough to do business with the largest Developers in the State for many years. In 1995 we moved to Northern California where I opened a chain of Flooring Stores for another Company and had a few other small businesses which I enjoyed very much.

I had been visiting and watching Mazatlan since 1994 and I always knew that one day Mazatlan was going to be one of the greatest places for foreigners to live and I knew that I would once again be involved in Consultanting and Sales.

I am proud to be the Sales Director of Mazatlan Oceanfront Realty offices and the Sales Project Director for Sabalo Del Sol Condominium project under Senor Lee Donn's direction and support. I am so pleased with our Team of Consultants and Referral Agents, they have the desire to be the best and most importantly they all have heart which makes them who they are. My wonderful Significant other “The Brenster” is a song writer and singer and performs every Saturday night at Los Zarapes Restaurant Bar and Grill. My Son “Bradley” is the Project Supervisor for Sabalo Del Sol Condominium Project located in Sabalo Country Club.  Bradley's significant other, Kathryn, also works with us at Mazatlan Oceanfront Realty as a Real Estate Consultant and the two of them also provide Home Decorating Services-Mazatlan Innovations. My Daughter “Briana” lived in Mazatlan for almost 3 years and then fell in love with “Chris” and were married at Hacienda Las Moras a year ago however, they reside in Chicago and are expecting their first baby boy.
